As we step into 2025, the team at Sabre Grappling would like to extend our warmest wishes to all our members, supporters, and the wider grappling community. This past year has been one of tremendous growth and development, and we’re excited to see where the new year will take us!
A New Chapter: Our Move to Bedwell Community Centre
We’re thrilled to announce that Sabre Grappling is moving to a new home! Starting on the 8th of January, our classes will be held at the Bedwell Community Centre. This move marks an exciting new chapter for our club, as we’ve been fortunate to see our membership grow to the point where we needed a larger space to accommodate everyone comfortably.
We want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to the Oval Community Centre. Their hospitality and support have been integral to our journey so far. Our decision to move was not taken lightly and is purely based on the need for more space to continue offering the best possible experience for our members. We leave with the utmost respect and appreciation for everything the Oval Community Centre has done for us, and we look forward to maintaining a positive relationship with them in the future.
New Class Schedule
With our move to Bedwell Community Centre, we are also introducing a new class schedule to better suit our growing community:
Wednesday: 19:30 – 20:30 (NoGi)
Thursday: 19:45 – 20:45 (BJJ)
Sunday: 19:00 – 20:00 (NoGi)
Whether you’re a seasoned grappler or a complete beginner, we’d love to see you on the mats. Our classes are designed to cater to all skill levels, and our friendly community is always ready to welcome new faces.

As we settle into our new space, we’re more committed than ever to helping our members achieve their goals, whether that’s improving fitness, mastering techniques, or simply enjoying the camaraderie of our grappling family.
